1. Who will be cleaning my home?
It will always be just the two of us — the owners of 7Lime Cleaning (a husband and wife team). Unlike large agencies that send different strangers every time, we offer consistency and trust. You will always know exactly who is in your home, and we treat your property with the same care as our own.
2. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. In fact, most of our clients prefer to be out working or running errands while we clean. You can provide us with a garage code, a door code, or leave a key in a lockbox. If you are home, we just ask that you give us space to work efficiently.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Since we reserve a specific time slot just for you, late cancellations make it difficult for us to fill that spot.
  • 48+ hours notice: No fee to reschedule or cancel.
  • 24–48 hours notice: A $75 cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 24 hours or Lockout: The full cost of the visit will be charged.
4. How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept:
  • Zelle, Venmo, Cash App (Preferred)
  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Note: A 3% processing fee applies to card payments).
5. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies, mops, and HEPA-filter vacuums. We use safe and effective products. If you have a specific product you absolutely want us to use (e.g., for specific wood floors), please leave it out for us and let us know.
6. What is the difference between a Deep Clean and a Regular Clean?
Deep Clean: Recommended for the first visit. We hand-wipe baseboards, clean interior window tracks, detailed dust ceiling fans and blinds, and scrub buildup in bathrooms.

Regular Clean: Focused on maintenance (weekly or bi-weekly). We vacuum, mop, dust surfaces, and sanitize the kitchen and bathrooms.
7. What about my pets?
We are a pet-friendly company! However, for the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that dogs and cats be secured or crated while we are in your home. This prevents escapes and allows us to focus entirely on cleaning.
8. What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If we missed a spot or if something isn't up to your standards, please notify us in writing (text or email) within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean that area for free.
9. Are you insured?
Yes, 7Lime Cleaning LLC carries General Liability Insurance. We are professionals who take our business and your protection seriously.
10. Do you wash windows?
We clean the interiors of windows and wipe down window sills/tracks as part of our Deep Clean package. We do not clean exterior windows (outside glass) or high-reach areas that require tall ladders for safety reasons.
11. Do I need to sign a contract?
We have a simple Service Agreement that outlines our policies (cancellations, payments, etc.) to ensure we are on the same page. However, you are not locked into a long-term binding contract; you can cancel your recurring service at any time with proper notice (48 hours).
12. Is tipping required?
Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated as a thank you for a job well done. It is entirely up to you!
